What data we use and why
- Event and sponsorship enquiries: name, email, company, format, proposed date and message. These are used to reply and prepare the proposal you request. The form asks for consent to handle your enquiry; pre-contractual steps are taken at your request.
- Press accreditation: name, email, phone, outlet, city, website, media type, event and optional message. Authorised staff use them to review and handle your request; they are not published or automatically added to the newsletter.
- Job applications: name, email, area of interest, PDF CV and any optional details you provide (phone, city, availability and introduction). They are stored in the private recruitment workspace for administrators and the designated owner to review. The email acknowledgement contains a reference and no CV attachment. Applicants are not added to marketing contacts or newsletters.
- Newsletter: email, optional name, language and a record of your consent. These are used to send news only when requested. You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting us. An earlier unsubscribe is not automatically reversed by submitting the form again.
- Album comments: display name, comment, language, date and permission to publish them. Comments are reviewed before appearing on the site. Only the display name, text and date are public. You can withdraw your comment from the browser used to submit it or contact us. Do not include other people’s personal details.
- Security: technical logs, request identifiers and connection fingerprints to limit abuse and avoid duplicates. These are used to protect the service, not to create advertising profiles.
Required fields are needed to handle the request. These forms are not used to make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
Retention and access
Enquiries are kept while being handled and, where applicable, for periods needed to meet legal obligations or address claims. Subscriptions remain active until consent is withdrawn; a limited unsubscribe record may be retained to honour it. Comments remain published until withdrawn or the album is removed. Security and consent records are retained according to their purpose and applicable obligations. You may request further information about retention in your case.
Authorised Skyfest staff and its technical hosting, storage and communications providers may process the data needed to provide the service. The site uses Vercel for hosting and Supabase for platform storage. You may request information about processors, processing locations and safeguards applicable to international transfers.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Write to alex@benidormskyfest.com with your request; we may ask for information needed to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency: aepd.es.
Tickets, social networks and minors
Tickets are purchased on the official platform named for each concert, under its own terms and privacy policy. Social network and map links open external services governed by their policies. This policy does not replace those terms.
If you are under 14, do not submit personal data without a parent or guardian’s involvement. Concert admission age and conditions are separate and are stated on the event page or official ticket channel.
