Where can I buy tickets?
The Buy tickets button on each concert opens its official ticket provider. Check the date and terms before purchasing; your confirmation comes from that provider.
Can I change the name on my ticket?
Check your booking confirmation and contact the provider you purchased from. Changes depend on the show and ticket type.
Can children attend?
The promoter sets age limits, accompanying-adult requirements and permissions for each concert. Check the official ticket terms before buying. If these are not specified, contact us with the concert and age.
Can I leave and re-enter?
Do not assume your ticket allows re-entry. Check the show’s terms or ask the entrance team before leaving.
How can I arrange accessibility support?
Email info@benidormskyfest.com with the concert and the support you need. The team needs to confirm the appropriate area and entrance for that date before your visit.
Can I bring food or drinks?
Check the promoter’s terms for your concert. If you need to bring something for health reasons, contact the team beforehand to confirm the applicable arrangements.
What time should I arrive?
The concert page lists doors opening separately from the show start. Also check the time and entrance on your ticket before travelling.
Where can I check bag and prohibited-item rules?
Check the entry terms supplied with your ticket. Allowed bag sizes and items may vary by event; contact the team with the show date if you are unsure.
Where are changes or postponements announced?
Check the concert page, Skyfest’s official channels and notifications from your ticket provider. Keep your booking confirmation for any ticket enquiry.
How do I ask about a lost item?
Email info@benidormskyfest.com with the concert, date and a description of the item. Do not include identity documents or bank details in your first message.
Check the concert page and ticketing provider for conditions specific to your show.
